Homework 50 Points
  1. Distribution of 300 points among three exmas, may not be equal.
  2. Feeling comfortable with homework is the key.
  3. Homework Due Dates

Grades will be calculated in two ways :
  1. Based on 3 exams, totaling 300 points
  2. Based on 3 exams and the HW , totaling 350 points
  3. You will be given the lower grade.
    In particular, to obtain a claen A, you have to get 95 percent, in bth ways.

General Organization:

  1. Text: We follow my lecture notes.
    ( Other sections would using some textbook, which you may refer to.)
  2. Matrial to be covered: All the Chapters given.
  3. Software and Calculators: A TI-84 (Silver Edition) will be helpful.
    We would also encourage you to use Matlab.

  1. We will not give any make up test, unless you have a doctor's note.

    2. Mon, Sept 13: Last day to withdraw/drop without a W
